If your child is unwell and unable to attend school then you can either ring the school and speak to a member of the Admin Team or leave a message on the school answer phone by 8.30am on each morning of absence giving a clear reason. Alternatively you may wish to report the absence via the Arbor App.

- Pupils must arrive by 8.40am each school day
- Our morning register is taken at 8.50am – at this point classroom doors are closed.
- Pupils arriving during registration will be marked as late
- Arrival more than 30 minutes after the register will be recorded as unauthorised absence
- Our afternoon register is taken at 1.00pm
If your child will be having a planned absence for exceptional reasons (see the Attendance Policy for further information) then you should enquire at the school office and a leave request form will be provided.
